Vendor season, without the spreadsheet

How it runs today

  • A form tool for applications, a spreadsheet to track who paid
  • Matching e-transfers to vendor names by hand
  • A PDF map saved as “final-v7” and emailed again
  • Holding spots for vendors who never pay
  • Working out HST and typing invoices one at a time

With Floorly

  • Applications, spots and payments in one place
  • Paid at checkout by card, Interac or invoice
  • One live map that is always current
  • Unpaid holds expire and the spot reopens
  • Invoices with the right tax, sent automatically
How it works

From hall plan to paid booths in an afternoon

1

Draw your floor

Upload a photo or PDF of the hall, then drop booths on top. Standard, corner, double and island sizes, each with its own price.

Snaps to a 5 ft grid · about 15 minutes
2

Share one link

Send it to past exhibitors or embed the live map on your website. Everyone sees what’s open right now.

Works on phones · no exhibitor account needed
3

Get paid upfront

Exhibitors hold a booth for 15 minutes while they pay by card, Interac or invoice. Money goes straight to your bank account.

Two ways to fill a floor

Let vendors pick, or place them yourself

Trade shows sell spots first come, first served. Curated markets review applications and arrange the room by hand. Floorly runs either way, per event.

Home shows · trade shows · conferences

Pick and pay

Exhibitors open your link, choose an open booth, hold it for 15 minutes and pay. The map updates for everyone at once.

Choose booth→Hold 15 min→Pay→Receipt
Craft fairs · holiday markets · festivals

Apply, approve, assign

Vendors apply with photos and a category. You accept the ones you want, drag them onto the map, and Floorly sends each a payment link.

FAQ

Questions organizers ask

When does Floorly launch?

Pilot events start in spring 2027 in Ontario, with Quebec next. Waitlist members hear first.

Can vendors apply instead of picking a spot?

Yes. Turn on applications and you approve each vendor, place them on the map yourself, and they get a payment link.

How do I get paid?

Payments run through Stripe and go straight to your bank account. Exhibitors pay a 2% Floorly service fee at checkout, and you choose whether card fees are absorbed or shown to them.

Do exhibitors need an account?

No. They open your link, pick or accept a spot, and pay. Their receipt arrives by email.

Can I import my CAD drawing?

Not at launch. Upload an image or a PDF screenshot of the hall and trace booths over it. CAD import is on the roadmap.
